Intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation are two significant types of motivation. We define motivation as the act of someone working towards a specific objective or goal. It is something that motivates a person to take action and encourages him to keep going in the right direction to achieve his objectives. The forces that push, activate, or move someone to take action might be thought of as motivation.
